Ascendent Coaching

Every coaching engagement starts with a conversation about your goals: what's most important to you, what's going well and why, and what you're working on and why.

If you’re an individual: We'd love to start that dialogue with you and see how we can help you attain your goals. We offer a complementary initial coaching session to discuss objectives for a potential coaching engagement and how the coaching process works. We work very hard to make sure that you walk away from that initial conversation with at least one or two actionable insights which will help you move forward.

If you are the leader of an organization: We would welcome the opportunity to discuss how to identify the leadership and team competencies, which are most critical to your organization and how to develop them for greater effectiveness. This could include a discussion of power of an effective coaching culture. We could explore with you how we might work together to develop your team’s coaching skills and put this powerful process to work for your organization.
